How to See Spirits and Angels

Seeing Spirits and Angels is a natural progression from seeing the aura. How to see the aura is described here but for completeness a quick summary of how to see the aura is repeated here.

Preparation for seeing the Aura

This is best to do this with a group of 6 or more people. Choose a room that has a plain white or pastel colored wall. Dim the lights and wait until your eyes have adjusted. Have one person, the subject, stand still against the wall with their eyes closed. The viewers should stand or sit in front of the subject at a distance of about 6 feet. Glasses do not need to be removed by anyone.

What the Aura looks like

You will see a bright haze around the subject's body (see picture). This is particularly easy to see around the subject's head and shoulders. Some in the group may see colors. Help others by describing what you see. Take turns as the subject and notice the differences between the auras. Some people's auras are easier to see than others. How to see the Aura Look slightly above and between the subject's eyebrows. Let your eyes relax and don't try to see the aura. You will not see it the first time if you look directly where it is. The aura will just seem to appear around the subject. This can take from 10 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the viewer. When this happens don't look directly at it or it will 'disappear'. Instead, train your eyes to see it by keeping your focus on the subject as described above. After you have trained your eyes you can look directly at the aura without losing it.

How to see Spirit Guides

When you are comfortable with seeing the aura begin to look slowly around the subject. You will see at least one but usually more outlines just like the aura. They can be anywhere within 3 feet of the subject and may be lower than shoulder height or high above the person. You should be able to look directly at these once you keep your eyes relaxed. When you see one point it out to others so they know where to look. Pinpointing the location is good feedback for all involved so that you know you are actually seeing something. The guides usually move around slowly during this period and in different directions. This happens while the aura remains in a fixed position. While beginners looking at the aura can sometimes convince themselves they are seeing a contrast image or trick of the light it is hard to say this when looking at the guides.

For me the guides don't appear with much detail, however, any clairvoyants in the group, whether they are aware they are clairvoyant or not, can see great detail. They can describe facial features, clothes and colors. This always makes it more interesting. Most can also see features and colors in the aura itself.

Now here's something to spice it up. Have the subject ask a guide to occupy the same space as their aura. Then while everyone is looking at the aura have the subject walk away. Don't let your eyes follow them. It should be easy to see the guide that remains in the person's place.
