The Dream Interpretation Summit

Dreams Are Your First Language. Spend a Weekend Learning to Read Them.

You were dreaming from day one. English took you years. A free, live, beginner-friendly introduction to the Aisling Method — the approach Michael Sheridan has used with thousands of dreamers over 35 years.

Friday 16 – Sunday 18 October 2026 Live online Free to attend Replays for 48 hours

  • No experience needed. If you've ever woken up thinking "what was that about?", you're qualified.
  • Bring one dream. Last night's, or the one from twenty years ago you've never been able to shake.

Where this came from

He Went to His First Dream Course to Laugh at It

Michael Sheridan was a software engineer running large development teams. All the science subjects at school. An atheist. He had already sat through one dream interpretation course and come away certain the whole field was nonsense.

His sister dragged him to a second one. He submitted a dream purely so he could heckle the analysis — and they picked it.

The interpretation described him to a tee. Not flatteringly: it went straight at his worst traits. He didn't care about that. What he cared about was the accuracy. Then, at the end, almost as an afterthought, the analyst added one more detail — that the dreamer had been born by caesarean section.

Nobody in that room knew that about him. Thirty-five years later, he has built a method, a school and a career on what he found that day.

I was going around with all the answers to all my questions all the time. I just didn't know how to access the answers, because I was ignoring my dreams like everybody else.

Why this matters

You Don't Have a Guidance Problem. You Have a Translation Problem.

Most people treat dreams as leftover noise from the day. Then one arrives that refuses to be dismissed — the flooded house, the car with no brakes, the childhood home you haven't seen in thirty years — and it stays with them for weeks.

That dream was not random. A higher intelligence was giving direction or answering a question you've been carrying: about work, about a relationship, about which direction to take next. It answered in images, because images are the first language you ever spoke. The reason the message didn't land isn't that it wasn't sent. It's that nobody ever taught you how to read it.

Over three days we teach you to read it. Not with a symbol dictionary you look things up in, but with a method you can use on any dream, for the rest of your life.

When we look at a dream afterwards, we're intercepting a conversation between our higher self and our soul, and then scratching our head going, why don't I get it? Because it's not really aimed at your brain.

Michael Sheridan
  • Find the dream's subject first

Every dream has one symbol that rules all the others — Michael calls it the king symbol, because everything else has to bow to it. Find the king and you know what the dream is about. This is the step almost everyone skips, and it's why most interpretations go sideways.

  • Read the symbols in context

Places first, then colours, then the title you'd give the dream. There are universal patterns — a colour means the same thing to every human on the planet — but every symbol also has a personal dialect. You'll learn to tell which is which.

  • Work out what the dream wants

Everything in a dream is there for one of three reasons: to heal you, to guide you, or to show your real reaction to the subject. Once you can tell which, the instruction inside the imagery stops being a riddle.

  • Then act on it — and don't spoil it

Most of us are handed something in a dream and turn it down flat. Michael's word for that is spoiling the dream, and he reckons we do it to nine out of ten. You'll learn to spot the offer, take it, and read the dreams that come back in response.

A taste of the method

Four Common Dreams That Don't Mean What You've Been Told

If you've looked these up online, you were almost certainly handed the anxiety reading. Here is what thirty-five years of interpreting them actually shows.

That's four symbols. There are thousands — and by Sunday you won't be memorising them, you'll be working them out.

One third of your life

You Sleep for a Third of Your Life. You Dream Through All of It.

So how much attention do you give to such a huge part of your life? For most of us, honestly, none.

You spent years learning to speak English. Imagine what you'd get back from putting a fraction of that effort into the language you were already fluent in on the day you were born.

Three nights of it is what we'll work with. By Sunday you'll have interpreted your own dreams, with a method, alongside a room full of people doing the same.

Every session is taught live from our studio. It isn't pre-recorded — your questions get answered in the room.

I've loved every minute — and it's not over yet! I'm looking forward to rewatching the videos a few times so I can absorb as much of the fantastic content as I can.

What you leave with

By Sunday Evening, You'll Have Done This Yourself

  • A repeatable way to work out what any dream is really about.
  • One full dream interpreted top to bottom — built across all three days until you can do it without us.
  • A working read on the symbols that show up most in your own dreams.
  • At least one interpretation of a dream of your own that you can act on this week.
  • A simple recall practice, so "I don't remember my dreams" stops being true.
  • A clear sense of whether this work is for you — before you ever spend a penny on it.

Our goal is to give you a solid foundation so you can act on the advice in your dreams.

Michael Sheridan

Here's the part first-timers don't believe until it happens. Through the weekend we put symbols up on screen that you have never seen before and ask the room what they mean — no looking anything up, no hints. Last year 87% of the room got one right on the first try, and that was one of the harder ones.

I recommend your classes to anyone wanting to empower and grow in their personal and spiritual lives.

Who's Teaching

The Aisling School teaching team: April Angel, Sandy Sheridan, Holly Betros and Michael Sheridan

Is this you?

"I Know I'm Meant for More. I Just Don't Know What It Is."

That sentence is how most people who find us describe the thing they can't name. Michael's answer is short: yes, you do — and your dreams have been telling you what it is the whole time.

This summit is for you if…

  • You've had a dream you can't shake, and no idea what to do with it.
  • The same dream keeps coming back, and you've started to suspect it isn't a coincidence.
  • You're at a decision point — work, a relationship, a move — and the pros-and-cons list isn't getting you anywhere.
  • You've looked a symbol up online and come away with ten contradictory answers.
  • You're curious but sceptical. Good — so was Michael, and he tells every student to corroborate everything he says.

And you're ready to…

  • Write your dreams down instead of letting them evaporate by breakfast.
  • Sit with a dream long enough to let it mean something, rather than reaching for a quick answer.
  • Hear something you weren't expecting. Dreams are honest, and they don't always flatter.
  • Do the work yourself, rather than paying someone to interpret for you forever.

A year ago, I was just like you attending the summit — very curious, very blown away by the accuracy of the dream interpretations of Michael, and also a bit fearful of all the spiritual stuff.

Marije

Imagine this

It's a Tuesday, three months from now. You wake at 6am with a dream still vivid — a house you half recognise, a door you didn't open. You reach for the notebook. Ten minutes later you know what it's about, because you've done this forty times by now and the method holds. And the decision you've been circling for weeks suddenly has an obvious next step in it.

That isn't a special gift. It's a skill, and the weekend is where it starts.

What People Say Afterwards

The summit experience was beyond my expectations. It clarified the significance of my dreams in guiding me towards my spiritual gifts and life purpose. I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone eager to unearth the deeper meaning of their dreams.

Deandre

This weekend changed my world and helped me every night since. Your gift needs to be shared!!! I have already told many, many people, and I am excited to take some courses.

Nancy

The summit was like a breath of fresh air to my mind. I understood that I have questions and difficulties that so many other people have, and by far I'm not alone.

Ingrida

Questions

Before You Register

Is it really free?

Yes. All three days, no card, no deposit. We run the summit as an introduction to this work — at the end we'll tell you about our courses, once, and you're welcome to ignore that entirely and take the method with you.

I don't remember my dreams. Can I still come?

Come anyway — this is the most common thing we hear. Recall is a trainable skill, not a talent, and we teach the practice on day one. Start tonight: notebook by the bed, write down anything at all on waking, even one image. Most people have something by the weekend.

Do I need any background in dreamwork, psychology or spirituality?

None. The summit is built for complete beginners. If you've read Jung or kept a journal for years you'll still get a lot from it, but nothing assumes prior knowledge.

I'm sceptical. Is that a problem?

It's an advantage. Michael was an atheist software engineer who went to his first dream course expecting to laugh at it, and he tells every student what he was told himself: don't take his word for anything, corroborate it. The method is meant to hold up when you test it, and the weekend is where you test it — on a dream of your own.

Is this religious?

No. We work with the symbolic language of your own dreams. People of every faith and of none do this work side by side, and nobody is asked to adopt a belief to take part.

Is it live, or recorded?

Live. Every session is taught in real time, and attendees get their questions answered and their dreams looked at on the call. (One attendee last year told us at the end of day one that she'd assumed the whole thing was pre-recorded, and was delighted to find out otherwise.)

What if I can't attend every session live?

Register anyway. Replays go out to registrants and stay available for 48 hours after the event, so you can catch anything you miss. The live sessions are where you can ask about your own dreams, so come to what you can.

What are the times in my timezone?

All times listed are Pacific. Day one runs 10:45am–1:00pm Pacific; days two and three start at 8:15am Pacific and finish at 4:00pm and 3:00pm, with an hour's break at midday. The full agenda page shows every session converted to your own time zone automatically.

Will I have to share a dream in front of everyone?

Only if you want to. Everyone is muted on arrival, nobody needs a camera, and there are three ways to take part: type your dream into the chat and Sandy reads it out, raise your hand and we'll unmute you, or say nothing at all and work on your own dream quietly while we interpret other people's. Plenty of people choose the third.

What do I need to take part?

A browser, somewhere reasonably quiet, a notebook and pen, and one dream you'd like to understand. That's the whole list. Your join link takes you to a single page that holds every session's button, so there's nothing to install or keep track of.

Can dream interpretation help with a health or mental-health problem?

Dreams can show you how you really feel about something and what you've been avoiding, and that's genuinely useful. It isn't medical or psychological treatment, and we don't offer it as such. If something in your health or mental health worries you, please speak to a qualified professional as well.

What happens to my email address?

It's used to send your join link, summit reminders, replay links, and dream-interpretation teaching afterwards. One click unsubscribes you. We don't sell or share it.
